How to Lose weight by understanding your values

Our Values are what motivates us “towards”, or “away from” what is important to us. They are not immediately obvious to us because they are outside of our awareness. Like our deep beliefs and attitudes that form our thinking, our values act as filters that we look through to perceive our world around us.
When my clients discover their hidden values, either towards or away from gaining control of their weight, something almost magical happens. The light comes on. A brand-new understanding makes all the difference when it comes to taking control of their health and wellness.
