- To Play Above The Line - to take responsibility, accountability and ownership over your learnings and outcomes
- To put your hand up & speak up if you need assistance - NO PASSENGERS!!!
- To be PRO-ACTIVE - get in, have a go, meet new people and get it done
- To share your wins & successes with Murray, The Breakthrough Group, your Team, Your Family & Colleagues
- To be open and willing to connect with other Group Members
- To be willing to learn from your Challenges & Frustrations
- When you achieve some great results, that you share that with 2-3 like-minded business owners through an introduction with Murray
- That you attend at least 75% of the intensives throughout the year, so that you learn, be accountable and strategise your 90 day plans
- That you attend at least 75% of the monthly training online sessions which will help you implement the strategies/frameworks easily into your business
- That you attend at least 75% of the weekly accountable and strategy sessions that enables you to stay on track and focused
